Never lacking an opinion

Manchester United’s Sir Alex Ferguson has surprised no-one by stating his opposition to the FA and their decision to depose John Terry as England captain whilst allegations of racism lurk over him.

Fabio Capello voiced his displeasure with the FA’s action, drawing criticism from many, but Ferguson has stated his full support for the Italian’s stance, no matter what the argument is nor what Capello actually said.

Ferguson explained, “Everyone’s entitled to their opinion. Especially if it’s different to that of the FA.

“At a club like Manchester United the manager is God, so the FA should stop acting like they’re in charge and grovel before Fabio as so many people do before me at Old Trafford.”
