Kean finally gets some backing

Several Premier League managers have slammed Blackburn supporters for pointing out what a terrible job Steve Kean is doing at the club.

Following his hounding during the 2-1 home defeat to Bolton, some of Kean’s colleagues expressed their disgust at the supporters’ campaign, especially as his tenure has resulted in their own teams earning a lot more points at Ewood Park than they normally would.

Newcastle’s Alan Pardew warned, “It was unbelievable. It’s getting like what my predecessors used to experience at St James’s Park.

“The Blackburn fans are behaving like the Newcastle ones and that’s completely unacceptable.”

David Moyes said, “I left at half-time because I was fed up at listening to their complaints which were about as aimless as the ones we have to constantly ignore at Everton.”
