Clegg “bitterly disappointed” by Cronaldo’s veto of performing against Barcelona

Ronaldo has always vetoed big games

British deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg has stunned fellow Real Madrid supporters by criticising Cristiano Ronaldo’s decision to veto playing well against rivals Barcelona.

However he did acknowledge the situation had been complicated by some French and German “intransigence” – specifically from Lass Diarra and Mesut Ozil.

Clegg explained, “If you watch the match from last night and other recent Clasicos then a veto is the only possible reason for Ronaldo’s uselessness.

“The way he plays I’d happily drag him off and replace him with Theresa May.

“At least that would get her out of the Home Office for a while.

“Ultimately, this veto is bad for Ronaldo and could lead him isolated and marginalised even within the hall of fame of all-time overhyped sporting narcissists.”
