English rugby stars unable to put together coherent response to leaked report criticism

A leaked report giving a damning review of England’s rugby World Cup behaviour has caused confusion and mayhem amongst players and staff who still appear unable to defend together.

Lewis Moody expressed his irritation, in contrast to a hungover Mike Tindall who asked where he was and what time it was.

Moody sighed, “Once again it is disappointing to see players’ comments aimed to help improve English rugby used to make us all look daft.

“They really don’t need to.”

The report – which caused more miscommunication throughout the England squad than a mediocre kick into their own 22 by a French fly-half – read, “Now that senior officials at various rugby authorities across England have finally stopped giggling like everyone else, we were unable to find anything positive to write.

“If you don’t think you’ve seen and heard enough negative things about those participating at the World Cup from watching matches and reading New Zealand tabloids, imagine interviewing a bunch of them anonymously.

“Even Wales are in better shape than us right now and that’s just plain embarrassing.”
